Biden's Surprising Exit: What’s Really Happening?

President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race after a difficult debate with Donald Trump.

Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor and urged the Democratic Party to unite behind her.

Harris aims to become the first woman and person of South Asian descent to be U.S. President.

Former Presidents Bill and Hillary Clinton endorsed Harris, while Barack Obama withheld immediate support.

Biden announced his decision while isolating at his Delaware beach house due to COVID-19.

Harris received early endorsements and began securing votes for her nomination.

The Democratic National Convention will take place in August 2024 in Chicago.

Biden's decision marks the end of his 52-year political career.
